Orders SHIP FREE in the United States, other countries depend on their postal restrictions and regulations.
Delivery of orders to non US countries are dependent on products selected, city and country location, and postal services offered. All we ask is you provide a complete and valid mailing address, email and phone number so we can keep in contact with you about your shipment. In some cases packages can only be delivered by DHL.
Orders are sent from various designers, warehouses and manufacturer locations in and outside the United States so items in a single order may not ship together. Don't be alarmed when you receive only one of the items ordered, the others will be delivered shortly. Shipping times vary from 1 to 3 weeks and depend on shipping origin. Occasionally shipping may take longer due to customs clearance.
CUSTOM / DUTY FEES - Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Rarely are they charged for our customers. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees should they be assessed. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
RETURNS - If you need to return your item please refer to our Refund Policy Page. Please note return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We also suggest adding tracking for any returned items to document return delivery.
UNCLAIMED ORDERS - We are not responsible for any packages returned as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address.
If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the order confirmation email, please email us back as soon as possible at 100SterlingJewelry@gmail.com as a reply to your order confirmation email with the updated details.
Once the order is processed and picked up for delivery we are not able to cancel the order or change the address. We are not to be held responsible for incorrect or insufficient addresses.
